Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Norvon ("we", "us") collects from website visitors and from clients who book a setup session. We are a privacy business, so we collect as little as possible.

If you just visit the website

• Server logs. Our web server records standard technical information for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. We use it only to keep the site running and secure and to fix errors. Logs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted.
• No advertising cookies or trackers. This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels. If we later add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool and update this page first.

If you book a session

• Booking details. Your name, email address, chosen package and time, and any notes you type into the booking form.
• Session notes. A short record of the package, the devices set up and any follow-up questions, so we can support you for 14 days and handle refunds. We do not record what is on your screen, and we do not record the call unless you ask us to and we agree in writing beforehand. • Payment. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.

We do not collect, ask for or keep your passwords, recovery codes or password-manager contents. See how we protect your data.

How long we keep information

• Booking and payment records: as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, as the law requires.

• Emails you send us: kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable time afterward.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Affiliate links

This site does not currently use affiliate links. If we add some, we will update this page and our affiliate disclosure.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your booking details and any session notes, subject to records we must keep by law, by writing to [[TODO: contact email on your own domain]]. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
